Artwork Guidelines for Print-Ready Files

To ensure the best possible quality for your printed materials, please follow these guidelines when submitting your artwork files:

File Format

We accept the following file formats for print-ready artwork:

  • Adobe PDF (preferred)
  • Corel Draw(.cdr)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • Adobe InDesign (.indd)

Please ensure your file is saved in a high-resolution format, at least 300 dpi.

Color Mode

All color elements in your artwork should be in CMYK color mode. We cannot guarantee accurate color reproduction for files submitted in RGB or spot color modes.

Bleed and Trim

For any items that will be trimmed to a final size (e.g. business cards, brochures, postcards), please extend your background artwork 1/8″ (0.125″) beyond the trim line on all sides. This “bleed” area will ensure clean, crisp edges after trimming.

Be sure to clearly mark the trim line in your artwork. If no trim line is indicated, we will use the document size as the final trim.

Fonts

All fonts used in your artwork should be embedded or converted to outlines/paths. This prevents any font substitution issues during the printing process.

Images and Graphics

All placed images and vector graphics should be high-resolution, at least 300 dpi at the final print size. Lower resolution artwork may appear pixelated or blurry in the printed piece.

Overprinting and Transparency Avoid the use of overprinting or transparent elements, as these can sometimes produce unexpected results during printing. If your design requires these effects, please let us know in advance.

Following these guidelines will help ensure your printed materials meet the highest quality standards. If you have any questions or need assistance preparing your print-ready files, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
