RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We produce and print all goods upon order, and as a result, we do not permit returns unless there was an error in the order, the items arrived damaged, or they were in poor condition. In such cases, please send photographs to orders@metroprint.co.za immediately.

Please inspect your order upon delivery or collection and notify us in writing right away if the product is faulty; otherwise, we will assume that it is in good condition.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Proof of payment will be regarded as confirmation of the order.

If you cancel a confirmed order before printing starts, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. However, if printing has already begun, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

We apologize, but orders cannot be cancelled if you do not provide us with print-ready artwork on time. And, if you utilize our design services, the production time will be extended since our design team will need to create and submit it to you for approval before we can proceed with production.

The length of production time varies per order, so the quantity and complexity of the product may have an impact on it.

Delays caused by artwork design cannot be grounds for order cancellation.
